This piece was made by Nomadic people in Southern Part of Turkey By Taurous Nomads as a Dowry bag to give her gifts to her husband at wedding day or made as a grain bag.it was first all hand woven and than very detailed embroideried.base is black sheep wool or goat hair.all vegetable organic dyes.can be used as a rug,big cousion or for decoration.it is about 60 years old.It is 100% Hand-made.Please feel free to contact me for more information.Thank you!
